Boy did I feel every beat of that 183. When I hit the low 180’s, I can’t help but know it.

    At 183 my heart comes out on my chest and says – STOP YOU FOOL! Nice work – I created a rowing monster it looks like – guess who gets to carry the big pack up Seneca this year hehe!

    I’m about the same way. Well it’s not my heart as much. That where my guts decide it’s time to off load some of the dead weight of the last meal.
    I don’t know how much of a rowing monster I can claim but it is workingout really well and I’m glad I’m doing it.
