Muscle tearingly cold
Friday’s workout was rough but my legs didn’t Really hurt until after yesterdays C&Js. Any gentle decline has me walking like it’s a whole new concept to me. Oddly, I was still able to row today. I kept it kinda gentle though.
500 meters warmup
2500 meters sub 2:00
repeat the following four times
100 meters as fas as possible, roughly 1:30
400 meters at a comfortable pace, roughly 2:30

Then I did a little lifting just for fun
Incline bench 185 3 x 8
Pullups Bodyweight – 50lbs 5,5,54
Standing Dumbel Press 50lbs 3 X 8
On my way out I mentioned to the staff that they may want to warm up that staff that they may want to warm up the weight room as it’s a bit cold in there. They gave me some excuse about how it was 80 degrees in there last week and they couldn’t find a happy medium. What I thought was, “80 degrees sounds about right, do that.” What I said was, “It’s like muscle tearingly cold in there right now.” I’m not sure which was a better way to go.
