Glad to be back in a workout. Tomorrow is Kurt. I’m a bit ashamed that I will be weighing in at 7 or so pounds over last time. The inches should be interesting.
Wednesday is most likely a chrome and fern day
Thursday, we’ll see, a lot to do. A home workout if any
Friday is travel
Sat, Sun is really up in the air
Monday is another travel day.
The week before new year will be spent trying to get my head right and get back into the routine.

I haven’t been keeping up logging….

then again I haven’t been consistently training or on diet either. I’ve seen my home scale fluctuate as high as 245. I think I’m more realistically about 243 but still. The good news is that the holidays are almost over and I’ve implemented a couple other changes to help stay on task. I’m still worried about the diet but on the training front, Laura signed up to snap fitness, one of those key club joints. It’s got a very limited supply for free weights but I think the occasional change of venue and methods will fare me well.

Today, it was super nice so I did a 5 mile jog. Took right at an hour.

Thruster 16K 53 (kinda low number, getting super low squats with adjusted rack but the depth is causing me to get fewer before I feel it)

thinking more abotu the jujitsu thing and I think it just needs to be a perma no for me. I’d like to do a martial art. They’re fun and challenging. I’m just not willing to commit the time and I’m getting to be a stickler about less driving is better. I just need to let it go.
