We’re all moved in. I’ve got my gym set up and even done a couple workouts. The gym is similar to before but I have to be careful which part I do snatches in as I could put a bell through the duct work but I’m glad to have it back.
I had an issue with my shoulder that Kurt helped me through. While at a work for a few days I was leaning on my elbows too much and cause my shoulder to feel impacted. I’ve done this before and it’s usually had to self resolve after a few days. As it was I was due to see Kurt for a weigh-in (very high as expected due to poor food choices and limited training during move of houses, move of jobs and attending family wedding) so he help me work through the issue. Within a couple days it was right as rain.
So, now all I have to do is get back to actually logging my workouts.
