The X – List

The X list is an ongoing list of ideas that was invented after the 100 X 40 list. Many of these ideas never made it on the 100 X 40 because they were not narrowly defined, objective, came to me too late or qualified as walking a goal in (a series of sequential goals each of which have to be met to meet the final goal. This list is food for thought and motivation but are not officially claimed as goals.

  1. 300lb wrist curl
  2. 100 ring muscle ups (rest allowed)
