These are still tearing at my hands quite a bit I need to work on the flip from the overhead position

Barbell Deaflift 275 (I don’t have any more bumper plates)
River Run x 0.5 6:05
Ran from the tree to the river. It was crazy busy in the park so I repeatedly had to slow for large groups of people. I was willing to attempt the trip back but was sick of mavigating thw people. Wore my new shoes for this and stull love them.
