I’m recovering from a Christmas cold so I took this one easy as too much would make me send snot across the room or put me in a coughing fit.
Thread the needle 42/42 – I’ve missed this exercise. To my mind this is one of the most superb exercises Kurt has taught me
Spiderman climbers 85/85 – whenever I was in the left foot forward position I felt an intense stretch in my back. I assume it’s from sitting on my ass the last month. I needed it but it also weakened me, the stretch, not the sitting
1 arm swing 24K 60/60 – took these easy on account of coughing fits
Rows – 21 – did these from my new rings, too tough for a 10 minute set, it gets boring I’ll do more ring rows but for now I’m sticking with bells
Glad I got in this short program today. I feel like this is the first step back on track after a long, stressful, fattening holiday season.
