was away for five days for a fishing trip. Ate more than plenty. When I got back my scale said 252 which is some water and some legit. I’d guess I’m really 250ish. I decided that I want to shed some pounds this summer. I’m going to target 235 as my goal weight. I’ve got three weeks to mess around with diet and get ready for this.
