Deadlifts then tennis? Yes, please.

ROM: mid ankle
mobility drills
ROM: lower Ankle

Deadlift
Barbell – 155lbs
10 minutes – 50 reps

Tennis 30 minutes
Forehand was unusually awesome, backhand, not so much. I didn’t feel draggy which I had thought a very real possibility.
