Bodyweight 244.0  – belly full of curried rice so this wasn’t too bad. The rice was delicious

Clean and Jerk X 100
I did these alternating sides on each rep with a complete set down on each rep.  I probably should have gone for more, with the slow pace it was surprisingly doable
