22 minute circuit

Clean & Jerk (or push press) 10/10

crunch Perform 10 times, took 22 mnutes

If I were to repeat it:
Have something on hand to make sure the count is actually 10 reps, it’s hard to tell if you did too many, too few or just enough after the frist 10 minutes.
Do 10 reps of everything even if it means dropping  a set.

Caused a good sweat with out too much cardiovascular issue or muscle issue.
