Clean & Jerk (or push press) 10/10
row 5/5
crunch Perform 10 times, took 22 mnutes

If I were to repeat it:
Have something on hand to make sure the count is actually 10 reps, it’s hard to tell if you did too many, too few or just enough after the frist 10 minutes.
Do 10 reps of everything even if it means droppingĀ  a set.

Caused a good sweat with out too much cardiovascular issue or muscle issue.

meetings, expos and conference calls oh my!

busy busy

No training last night, Laura and I were going to go to the gym but I was an hour late getting out of work, the oven was misbehaving and it was raining pretty nasty. Enough annoyances for a day.

Today is going well, had an egg salad sandwich for lunch. I’ve got a variety of meetings, training sessions and a tech expo keeping me moving about a bit more than usual today, it’s a good thing. They also offer a lot fo garbage food, they hade the cooled sodas out at 8 am. I had a yogurt.

Tonight is Chik-fil-a (or however they write it) because we need to rescheme our meal plan for a bit. Hopefully time for the gym. If not, I’ll try to do something at home.
