I forgot about the sleep
Let me first say it’s really nice to have gotten these first few workouts in. I’ve felt beat up but really good at the end, my body has felt used in a very good way. No twinges or owwies or anything. That said, I forgot about the sleep. I forgot about falling asleep as your head hits the pillow and remaining completely motionless and unconscious until morning. I don’t know of anyway to achieve that effect. It makes for a good nights sleep, a euphoric day but a slow wake up.
