Anvil or Hammer

My first day of class and thus my first day of UB workouts. I’m planning on keeping my focus on kettlebells but I don’t want to overlook the odd bit of rowing as I really did enjoy that when I was doing it last year. So, I arrived to the gym to find minor cosmetic changes and to recieve my semesterly static for whatever reason that I get it each year. There is always a problem and I doubt I’m the only one. After a bit of finagling, I got changed and headed up stairs.

The room was  a sauna and that was with the door open. So when I closed it and started to the music, it wasn’t long before I really got to sweating. The program was yet another 30 minute circuit, 5 reps on each, I completed it 7 times, I was shooting for 5 with time to spare.

  • 2 Hand swings
  • Rows
  • Front Squat
  • Snatch
  • Floor Press
  • Crunches
  • One Leg Romainian Deadlift
  • Clean
  • Halos
  • Lunges

That was it and it was a good beating.
