Tuesday: Magnificent Mobility Easy and Intermediate exercises.
These seemed to reach in and find that damaged muscle. I felt a bit worse for it today but I think it may have actually been good for me.

Wednesday: Dumbarton

That’s it, off to walk the dog 🙂 Weighed out dressed below 234.

It was a decent workout overall, it’s rare that I do an “upper body day”. I would have thrown in some front squats to make me feel better about it but time was limited. I think I may make Wednesdays “Upper Body” for a bit.

    Random question what is military bench??

    Military bench is a benchpress holding your feet above the level of the bench. You lose the stability of a normal bench but it lets me bench until I get this soreness all sorted out. It’s a European event that shows up on virtualmeet.net sometimes. No shirts allowed.
