Anvil or Hammer

No training on Monday, other things happened.

Simplicity: 70K clean and jerk X50
I would have liked to double this but I had time constraints on both sides of me. It was a very nice workout. I got a good sweat going but it felt good and there is no residual soreness. Probably a sign that it was a little too easy.

My diet has been off all week. I never have made the time to cook my food for the week. No it’s almost a joke to me, with regard to this week. So I have been eating whatever was available to be had. As a result, I will weigh heavy two weeks in a row. So it goes. I’ll get back on it.
