Bench 225lbs 5,5,5,3,2
Overhand/Close Grip Pulldown 150lbs 5 X 5
Dips BW 6, 6, 6, 6, 3, 2
Concentration Curls 40lbs 5 X 5/5
Back Flies 5lbs X 25

That took 45 minutes.
