Monday Morning Weigh in: 235.6
Not too bad for not training for a month and not dieting for at least two weeks. I was actually down weight in the first week, then family came and the overeating began. Anyway, I packed my spinach, nuts and fruit for the day so we’re back at it. I’ve decided to just keep the diet going indefinitely, well barring February, that’s still low carb month for me.
I’m having a bit of a slow start on the year but here we go…
