The idea was to do the rotation of one minute on, one minute off for ten sets. I stopped at seven sets. Everytime I would approach 1:40 the rower would start making a kachunking noise when I pulled, I think I was pulling too hard. These rowers are from the 1980’s and there doesn’t appear to have been a ton of maintenance put into them. So I ended up doing 1:45 times, I never got to 180 BPM. I decided it was time to not break the equipment and move on.

I did these really fast but my weakness was truly impressive. Something to work on.
