I have been on diet all week. Watching the daily oscillations of my weight tells me that we are in a dog fight here. I lose a pound, I gain .8 back, even though I’m eating the same stuff and the “right” stuff day in and day out.

I totally agreee, it’s the kind of thing I was thinking of putting on my 100 X 40 list but I was able to do 2:05 and just barely get into the 170s heartrate-wise. I won’t be easy but I should be able to do it before gripmas.

I need to look up my rowing stats – I logged them all for a period of time way back when I started. I didn’t do 10,000 often – I usually did 30 minutes for my long rows, the last thing I wanted was to lose any weight – I doubt I had any rows that long and fast though – good job. You’ve come a long way!
