I haven’t done much with the deck squats. I found the 24 to bee too much to manage. I couldn’t land with stability. Something to work on. Good couple exercises here.

hmph, a bit higher than expected but I can’t say it really affected me. I’ve got my food laid out for the week. I think will be a good one. Must have been that extra half of a helping of pasta.
