I took a shot at a workout today but jsut ran out of gas.
Concept II – vent closed all the way
1,000 meters warmup 5:00 minutes
5,000 meters hard 20:07 minutes
Suck air 4:00 minutes
1,000 meters try to get rolling again 5:00 minutes

Avg HR 155
Max HR 183
During most of the 5,000 meters I was reading in the mid 170’s
Pullups BW-60lbs 5,5,5
I lost count of sets I was still totally gassed from the rowing. I did either 3 or 4. The weight room was freezing again. I decided to go home.
