After gripping that last week, I hadn’t eaten well, I’ve followed it up with another poorly nurished week. Last week I felt like I had a lot of random obligations that kept me from eating well. This week, it has been all willpower. I went back to my heathier lunches and so on but there always seemed to be something more. Each day I seem to come across some little temptation and rather than pass, like I should. I take it.
My weight results for this week should be interesting. So far, oddly, I’ve been low. So low that I weighed myself last evening (just because) and saw a sub 240 for the first time. Saturday I help with strongman, so we’ll just have to see where I end up on Monday. None the less. Next week I must be more disciplined.

Excellent rowing! Your endurance on the rower at 240# is really impressive and your speed is surprisingly good. Sub 1:40 is great! Your ability to hold that pace longer will come quickly at this rate. I was showing Sean your blog and his words to you are – “Told ya so”. LOL

I know. I owe you guys. 🙂
Thanks for sharing. Some of us have to be told a dozen times before it sinks in. I think you first told me about Sean losing all that weight at Seneca. It only took my 6 months to try and almost a year to really get going.
