10,000 meters 48:23
For purposes of comparison, Steve Cotter did his first 10,000 meters recently. He did it in 42:31, he smoked me.

The good news is that I climbed on the scale in sweat soaked clothes and rang in under 250, that’s the first for that in a while.

My heart rate monitor came in today too, so I’ll be playing with that.

    A decent rower is something I’d love to get for the home gym. It’s a great way to get a good intense workout in.

    My wife used one long before I ever did and loves ’em. At this point, it’s all we can do to not buy one right now. My target date is August 1st. It will pay for itself in 2 years with saved gym fees.
