Article madness
I wrote part II to my article. I’m particularly proud of the video, it’s my first with editing.

Wow…that isn’t like the typical sand bag I see lying around.

Cool video. I am contemplating sand bags for the summer next year. I’ll refer back to these articles if I end up trying them.
Something I found out this weekend is that if you drag mp3 files into windows movie maker, you can position them on the video to add music and sound clips. It’s pretty neat.

Glad you all liked it. I did, but I’m biased.
That is the ironmind sandbag kit: $65.95

In the first part of the article I kinda discuss the various kinds but that is my favorite.

That bag was 150 lbs, I’ve done 200 and with the way that bag felt that day, I think I could have pulled it off but for demonstration purposes I didn’t even consider going up.
I saw the little music bar when I was adding those titles that floated over the video. I thought about music but the video was kinda short for it and since it was actually meant as a demo, I didn’t want to add the extra complexity. If I ever get a video camera and do any training vids or show off vids, then I’ll get some music going.
