Off
I’m not doing anything today or tomorrow, well some walks with the dog but that hardly counts.
I did some compy work though. Several people commented that they didn’t like trainingsyndicate‘s theme. So I changed it. Try it out, leave some feedback, I’d appreciate it.

I like the new theme. It looks good and plays very nicely with IE6 on windows XP. I noticed my blog feed doesn’t appear on the page anymore. You have any idea what happened? Is Go Daddy blocking your pull or something?

I’m glad to here it works with IE 6 I was hoping it might. There was some nonstandard code int he old one.
I’m not sure what is up with your feed. I’ll post back here when I know more.

It tells me your feed is “not found”…. do you have a feedburner feed account. The only thing I can come up with so far is that since it has been 48 or so hours since you posted, it lost track of your feed.

No feedburner feed here. I’m pretty sure Go Daddy generates the RSS and Atom feeds at the time of request based directly off of what is in the blog database. Here are the two feed URLs:
Atom 1.0 – http://blog.gripfaq.com/atom.aspx
RSS 2.0 – http://blog.gripfaq.com/rss2.aspx
I’ve been subsribed to the RSS 2.0 feed and data seems to come through fine. The blog is an ad supported service Go Daddy provides, which is what made me wonder if due to a frequency of request that was too high it blocked your specific IP or something.
My entries haven’t appeared for several weeks, I just wasn’t going to trouble you since it didn’t seem like you were spending time on the site until now.

some time but not as mch as needed, you’re right. Odd that you haven’t been showing up. I must have been reading you on my aggregator and never really thought about it.
I don’t have an answer for you now but I’ll keep looking. I’m guessing it has to do with that .aspx file extension, no one else has that. Aparently it is associate with ASP but specifically ASP generated from certain .net programs. Typically RSS is and XML thing….could be my reader having trouble with it….I’ll see if you ever hit TS, maybe your pages didn’t and I never noticed. We’ll get around it. I need to do something about the blogger feeds anyway, they are all messed up to. I’ve had those guys change their feeds once and it fixed it for about a day.

My feed did appear when you initially launched the site. The same posts do not appear to be present now, but I did not look very hard. It’s not an urgent thing. Let me know if you need more information and I’ll see what I can do.
