Walking the dog

lot’s of good walking today, 3 miles or so.

I decided to try and start getting a few swings in with my 40K kettlebell every day.
5 X 5 / hand today

    Yeah, regular swings really seem to help. I’m trying the 10,000 swing challenge at the moment (10,000 swings in 6 weeks).

    I’ve seen all the talk about that. I decided to hold off until after the strongman contest. Then it’s on. It’ll be a great way to make myself do some swings every single day. I think it will be beneficial in my weightloss goals.
