Still Sick
I was out of work for two days this week. I just laid at home and whined. I’m feeling better and am at least back among the living today so that is start. Due to a loss of appetite I have hit below 250, not really the way I meant to get there but whatever.
The kettlebell contest has come to a close. I sent off a final e-mail to the folks at AoS to get thei opinion on things. Personally, I was totally impressed. You all did a fantastic job and I’ll look forward to thieving your ideas for my own bells ๐ . I was shocked there weren’t more entries in general but I guess I shouldn’t be. I couple people got held up by bad timing or no time, that’s unavoidable. I think it would be fun to do this again in a year or so.ย Perhaps some people will paint their bells in the meantime and we could have a few more entries.
I’ll post back when I hear back from AoS

You big sissy – letting something like a near death experience keep you from working out – what is the matter with you LOL.
I just thought of something – I haven’t even had the sniffles since I started juicing – may be just a coincidence but maybe not. Everyone around me has been sick but not me – hummm,

yeah, I am a big sissy. My primary goal when I am sick is to not be one of those guys who just complains all the time. I’ll let you ask my wife if I suceed, but don’t ask her today ๐ .
You have a very good point on the juicer, no doubt that is good stuff and better than any tablet vitamin. I’m not sure a juicer is on my immediate list but I’d be fool to not consider it on there somewhere.

Before I bought the juicer – I had considered on of those “Greens Plus” type products – I never tried them but they sounded good – you?

So far I have shunned those. They seem like any other multivit to me but at a higher cost. They claim to have all the value of the fruit and veg from which they are derived but that would be impossible. Still, maybe it’s time I take another look. I’d love to hear from anyone with real experience.
