Back home

I hate to let the site sit dormant for a week but it needed to be done. I also hate to let myself sit dormant for a week but it also had to be done. I’m back home finally, I’m gonna try to take it easy as I join my training already in progess. Today will be light if at all. Tomorrow, the gym, I expect and we will go from there. I will most likely put off my first super max session untol next week.
