Time out

Things happen.

While visiting my family, another member died, an aunt. Our family is fairly close so we are all trying to do all the things that need doing. No workouts are getting in. No blogging is being done. I notice a wicked typo in my last post but I’ll fix it later. I’ll be back posting about this time next week. Sorry.
