Havoc
Well, this week of training is not exactly rocking. I have been sore since Sunday. Goes to show that strength doesn’t carry over between lifts. My forearms are sore, my legs are really sore. It’s kinda ugly but also kinda good. Afterall, the soreness means I wasn’t training those areas and now I am.
So Tonight I am scheduled for climbing but I am just gonna play it by feel. This week and possibly next will be acclimation time.
