bummer
Looks like the old blog is out of reach. It’s not that Wannagrip didn’t try, it’s just that the posts got truncated really bad. I may go to the effort, someday, while infirmed or something, to pull the old posts and add the right Date/Time Stamps to them.
As for tonight, took it off. Did a little marriage maintenance type work. Always good for the soul. Tomorrow, probably sandbags. I also saw sean Dockery knocked out a 24K KB Turkish Get-up gonna have to give that a go. Also Dan invited me over for a hardcore KB session. I suspect it will break me.

I think you can are capable of the TGU with the 24k. After a few sessions of practice with a 15lb dumbell,
I got it with the 20k. The key is to stay tense.
BTW – Your right nav overlays the end of the comment box, hiding what you type into it.

Thanks Scott and good to see you here.
I’ll post tonights workout in just a moment but you were correct on the TGU.
As for the formatting error. I saw that for the first time today, myself. It appears to be related to screen size, I like work out of a less than max screen and that is when I notice it. WordPress appears to be written almost entirly in CSS and I know it has some issues with centering things. Fortunatly I have spent a tiny bit of time on CSS and have the books. So I can reference them and have it cleaned up,hopefully in less than a week.
I appreciate the heads up.

Good luck with the CSS. I did gripfaq entirely with them, as well as a redesign of Chris’s site that never made it live. There are a ton of nuances that are a pain in the butt to get right. I finally settled on “almost” right for most of the stuff.
