Just Working Out

Did sandbags last night (more in a sec), then tennis, yoga this morning

Sandbags
Warmup:
bear hug carry 100lb sandbag the 100ish – 150ish feet to where I was going to train
Farmer carry 2X 50lb sandbags the same distance
get stare at
carry 16K KB
flip 16 K KB 10 reps per hand X 2

Workout
With the one exception that I will point out I used 150lb sandbag, I would guess I was going about 20 yards
for the workout the kettlebell portion is:
high pull right hand, flip to left hand, high pull left hand, flip to right X 10

left shoulder walk

back walk
back walk

Attempted to lift the 200lb bag and carry it. I took several attempts but just could not do it.

Cool down: carry all the crap back, I stripped down the sandbags so I was farmer carrying a total of four 50lb bags in two seperate trips. took rest when I needed it.
total time of setup, workout, tear down was about 50 minutes. The actual workout was about 35 minutes. I should have probably done one more round of carries and I really wish I had managed the 200lb bag. I think next time I will chuck my little 10lb bag in there. I also need to get my watch timer involved. I think I spend too much time resting.]]>
