Stretch
Man am I glad I did that. I feel tons better. I know everytime I skip I will regret it but there is just something about rolling out of bed at 5 am blurry eyed and tired that makes it seem more logical to get 30 minutes sleep than an hour workout. I do love that workout when I get it though.
Gotta go, recalibrating printers already this morning, early bird gets the worm and all.]]>
