Flippin’ Out
Warmed up by playing frisbee, felt like I about pulled my bicep a couple times.
About five years ago I played frisbee golf all the time. I developed a really hard thrwing style. I haven’t played in a couple years. I almst automatically threw the same way but since my strength, specifically arm strength ratio, changed so much it was almost not a good thing.
