Took it kinda easy this week. I was expecting a major backlash from my deadlift workout. It never came.I don’t know if that makes me happy or scares me. Finally decided yesterday it was time to get up and do something.
In the spirit of trying to train outside the gym more:
my kettlebell routine was
right hand overhand flip to left
left hand high pull
left hand overhand flip to right
right hand high pull
ten times
all but one sand bag walk was bearhug
walk were 30 yards unless otherwise stated rest then 30 yards back
done on a lacrosse field
KB routine
50lb sandbag
KB routine
100lb sandbag
KB routine
150lb sandbag
KB routine
200lbs sandbag this one went about 20 yards I was unable to lift it to carry it back.
100lb sandbag back (behind neck on shoulders) carried 310 yards (not a typo, around the outide lines of the field)
100lb bear hug 110 yards and back
took about 30 minutes
