Yoga this morning, walk tonight then fun

Kettle bell
10 under flips/hand
10 over
10 pass, high pull
repeat

100lb sand bag approx 25 yards and back
zercher walk
back squat walk
head walk

kettlebell as above twice

150lb sandbag same dist
zercher walk
shouderwalk (once each side)
bear hug walk

First time with sand bags, would have been a shame to puke all over them but I felt the threat. exhasuting
