Not Strong
Missed strongman yesterday, don’t ask. I’m disappointed.
Did yoga this morning. Stayed through the entire thing. Towards the end I think I was actually getting into it. I enjoyed the whole thing but the last fifteen minutes or so, I was actually focused on it. I can’t really claim to be successfully completing the workout as I have to take a rest occasionally and some of the poses, I just can’t do. I have little to no trunk rotation ability. I’m just gonna keep working it. I’m gonna keep working the same workout until I can’t stand it, then I’ll try workout two and then I’ll go bac to workout one.
