That Was Dumb(arton)
Dumbartn yesterday. Opened with some hang cleans. Things were just not connection in any way. Then I relized I had done a nice little deadlift the day before. Gee, who would have thought that training deadlift (The first half of the clean) would effect hang clean and clean efforts. Needless to say it was almost useless and frankly kind of uncomfortable. I decided to go for some DB presses. Felt better but the bod was just feeling punished. I said screw it and the wife and I went for a walk. based off the markers on the trail, we covered a meer 2 miles. I honestly felt pretty finished afterward.
So let’s just say that little experiment didn’t work out the way i had hoped. No pulling two consecutive days.
