Hitting That Doesn’t Hit Back
more cardio boxing last night. some people where playing a little basketball in there too so I set up the bag against a wall so it couldn’t go anywhere. That made it a lot of fun too. I didn’t have to pick up the bagg off the ground half a dozen times. I think I put a lot more effort into each punch than previously, because it wasn’t going anywhere. I also did some jumping of rope. This is such a basic cardio warm up but is still awesome. I can do about 100 consecutive jumps once I get going. Even at my low rate of speed I’m a little winded by 100.
