Two For The Price Of One

I have actaully worked out twice in the last two days. A great improvment over the week or so I took off. First yesterday….

New Gym- As manyof you know I am on the prowl for a new place to train. I think I found one. I went up the the University of Baltimore gym yesterday. Considering this is basically a over glorified community college, it has an awesome gym. Their frww weight room is a little sparser (is that word) than I expected but it has really nice equipment and it seems to not have many users so it should be just fine. Upstairs the have teh “power” room. This is where they teach olympic lifts w00t.gif . They had a great peg board on the wall, something I have been thinking a lot about recently. They have some other weird stuff like the medicine balls on a rope. As I turned to walk out I saw an amazing site. Four rows of kettlebells. Lined up like some gyms line up dumbells. It was awesome. Unfortunatly I was on the tour and idn’t even get a chance to touch them. But I will.

plate pinch: 3X20 with 35s
finger curls: 3X15 with (I’m trying to remember and want to say 135 but am not sure(

Tonight, back to the shit that is Gold’s Gym. Had a decent upper body day.
Wrist curl 95 2 X15 1X10
reverse wrist curl 55 2X12 1X8

I’ll do some levering later. I have been doing a lot of my grippers lately. Typically I can do about 5 easy reps on my T and then try to knock out two on my #1. I don’t alwasy make those. I’ll do anywhere from 3 to 5 sets and do this 2-5 times a day. I also use my expand your hands band a lot. I don’t know numbers.
