Chrome and Fern
I felt pretty used up from yesterday’s training but I got into the gym today. Today I am trying to at least keep track of the exercises I did.
I started off with mobility drills and then went my usual route of playing with Cleans and deadlifts. They didn’t test negatively but they weren’t positive either. I decided that the snatches must have taken it out of me and maybe the thing to do was not emphasize the posterior chain. Squats tested well
